National CDES Supply Chain Manager

Report to the National CDES Manager, you will be in charge for the following :
• Review and plan with Marketing team on the Cold Drink Equipment type, model and quantity requirement by segment to get the market demand
• Review and develop purchase plan with Marketing team on the selected CDE type, model and supplier and ensure purchase order is being issued as per business expectation
• Collaborate with Marketing and agreed suppliers to develop delivery planning from the approved purchase of CDE and monitor and control the delivery to ensure it meets the business expectation
• Strategic partnership with the Suppliers, External Service Providers and Operations team to reach the most cost-effective capacity management (warehousing)
• Review, develop and implement business infrastructure required to support the supply chain process of Cold Drink Equipment include people resource requirement
• Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure placement plan is developed and placement activities are performed to the agreed placement plan and Service Level Agreement
• Support Marketing team, especially Modern Channel, on the national key account CDE requirement and placement plan to ensure CDE is being delivered as requested and placed as per SLA by CDES Operations team
• Perform regular review with CDES, Marketing and Modern Channel team on the placement performance to ensure it meets the initial plan and also on movement activity to meet the target net incremental placement
• Review, monitor and control Cold Drink Equipment life-cycle management (aging management)
Ideally, the successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
• Minimum S1 degree from a well known university
• Having a minimum of seven (7) years experience in supply chain area or logistic management, out of which four (4) years in managerial functions;
• Understanding in Cold drink equipment system;
• Performing strong business acumen with customer focus;
• Demonstrates good project management, product-life cycle management and analytical skills;
• Outstanding communication skill in professional manner both verbal and written in English and Bahasa.
